Apple ruling by UK Court of Appeal on 3 May 2013
In HTC v. Apple, HTC challenged the validity of Apple's multi-touch patent under the European Patent Convention. The judge ruled that the patent was valid but included a very critical commentary of the lack of clarity in the law.
