Council for Innovation Promotion

The Council for Innovation Promotion (C4IP) is a bipartisan pro-patent lobbying organization in the United States. It was created on September 22, 2022.[1] Board members of C4IP include former directors of the USPTO and former judges of the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.[2]

Activity

C4IP is actively pushing for PERA[3] and PREVAIL[4] in the United States. They are also pushing against EU's SEP Regulation[5] (which ESP partly supports).
