Elan Microelectronics v. Apple (2010, USA)

In March 2010, Elan Microelectronics filed suit against Apple inc. for infringement of two patents. One (or maybe both) of the patents relates to "multi-touch" touchscreen technology.

Elan also filed a complaint to the United States International Trade Commission, requesting that imports of Apple's products be banned.
