Nokia v. Apple (2010, USA)
Nokia v. Apple is a patent litigation suit filed in October 2009.
Nokia filed the suit in the USA with a state court (Delaware) and with the International Trade Commission (ITC).
Settled in June 2011 with Apple paying a one time amount and ongoing royalties to Nokia.[1]
