Samsung v. Apple (2011, Germany)
- This is one of the cases from the Samsung v. Apple lawsuits worldwide overview.
Samsung accused Apple, in April 2011, of violating three patents:[1] [2]
- EP1,005,726
- EP1,114,528
- EP1,188,269
Apple countersued Samsung, in June 2011, for violation of six patents. In February 2012, a German court rejected Apple's case.[3]
And Apple filed a second countersuit in January 2012.
