Talk:Blanket patent licences and promises

To employees or to the public - what difference?

I've made an article for Non-aggression promise to employees, but then I got to thinking: what's the difference between promises to employees and promises to the general public?

For a promise to the employee:

• The promise only covers a subset of the company's patents
• ...?

Is that enough to justify a separate article, or are they really kinda the same thing? I'll probably merge these soon. Ciaran 06:43, 18 April 2012 (EDT)
