Who writes these unsubstantiated claims

Who writes these unsubstantiated claims ? References to SCO patents lead to nowhere. There is also no evidence/example of "long history of using their patents" regarding Microsoft. AFAIK they have no such history (unless you count in spreading FUD).

As for Microsoft's history of aggression, I thought their aggressive use of the FAT patents was well known. The TomTom case got a lot of coverage, and their attacks on Salesforce.com were pretty recent. I thought this went without saying. Thanks for highlighting it. I'll add a link to make this easier to verify.
