No, I haven't searched for the judgement yet. The link in the article works for me - does it not work for you? It's a link to an amicus brief submitted regarding EPO EBA referral G3-08. Avoid links to the EPO website, they are generated. Do you have a good OCR software to get the text out?

I'll make a backup somewhere. To get the text, I opened the doc in Evince (GNOME pdf reader, also called "Document Viewer"), and that does automatic OCR. By clicking and dragging, you can copy the text like a text document. The reliability is pretty good, but it sometimes fails or misses characters. I don't know any commandline or batch OCR software.
