Invalidated in Germany

Someone (probably me) noted on Reading case law that Microsoft's FAT32 patents were invalidated in Germany. Right now, I can't think of where I found that info. It should be added to this article when a proof is found, and that proof should be added as a reference for the Reading case law article. Ciaran 03:18, 6 February 2010 (UTC)
