I think it's a paper which argues that because software is so abstract, examination of software patent applications will never be logical for as long as abstract ideas remain unpatentable. The conclusion being that abstract ideas should be patentable, or software shouldn't be patentable. Ciaran 10:06, 27 August 2009 (EDT)
