Is it a court or a patent office?

It's obviously neither, but I'm wondering how to categorise this article.

I'm making big, organised categories/series for court rulings and patent office decisions. People interested in those topics will also be interested in decisions by bodies such as the USITC, so it would be inconvenient if I kept this separate.

I guess it's more like a court, since they don't get paid for pleasing patent holders. Ciaran 07:06, 27 February 2012 (EST)
