Tandberg Telecom AS
Tandberg Telecom AS became news in the blogosphere when video software (x264) developer Jason Garrett-Glaser pointed out a series of coincidences which strongly suggest that Tandberg had been reading the software source code published by Garrett-Glaser and had applied for a patent on Garrett-Glaser's work in their own name.[1] This form of patent fraud is unheard of but could be very common.
